MCRP Construction Corporation (MCRP) was established in the Philippines last 1996. The vision for the establishment of this company came from the grand plan of constructing the 750 hectare Centennial City Project (also known as the Manila Bay Land Reclamation Project), located adjacent to AsiaWorld Properties in Parañaque, Metro Manila.

MCRP has the full support of its affiliate, Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited (ITD), the largest and most experienced construction company in Thailand. True to its commitment and desiring to duplicate its success in Thailand, ITD has shown its support to MCRP by mobilizing various equipments in the 2nd quarter of 1996. ITD has also shared to MCRP its technical personnel who are experts in various field to make sure the operations in the Philippines will be a success.

Today, MCRP has the purpose to operate, purchase, acquire, own, lease, lease-out, sell and convey steamships, motorboats and other kinds of ships, vessels or watercrafts for the transportation of construction materials, machineries and equipment, except transportation of commercial cargoes like petroleum products and passengers, within the roads waters and territorial jurisdiction of the Philippines.
